ORAL PRESENTATION
Speakers should contact the Chairman 15 minutes before
the beginning of the session in which their paper is to be presented.
The Chairman will be available in the Conference Hall where
the session is to take place.
Speakers should be present at the Conference Table from the
beginning of the session and remain for the entire duration.
Presentations should last about 15 minutes and should be prepared
using PowerPoint. To this regard authors are kindly asked you
to send a copy of their PowerPoint presentation by email to
papers@urbanmining.it
no later than Friday 18th May.
Speakers who will not be able, for any reasons, to comply with
this requirement are kindly
requested to contact the Speakers' Room at the latest by the
session before the one in which
their presentation is scheduled (should this be scheduled in
a morning session, the deadline for contacting the Speakers'
Room is the evening of the day before). No additional time will
be provided for late arrival presentations.
If your allotted time runs out, do not under any circumstances
hurry to finish the entire
presentation but go straight to the
conclusions. To this regard, it may be of use to prepare
a slide which illustrates the conclusions in a synthesized version.
During the presentation company advertising should be avoided.
Presence of your affiliation or company logo should be very
discreet.
POSTER PRESENTATION
A maximum space of 60 cm x 100 cm is available for each poster
on a magnetic blackboard. Posters should be prepared using heavy-duty
resistant paper or cardboard.
The Staff at the registration desk will assist authors in mounting
posters upon their arrival.
Under no circumstances may posters contain any kind of advertising
or commercial propaganda.
